We went on a trip to Cappadocia Region. We interviewed with a cave hotel manager. He give information about running a hotel. After interviewing, we wrote helpful ideas and suggestions for the cave hotel. We enjoyed the view of wonderful fairy chimneys. After we visited the underground city, we visited a stonework company and a pottery workshop. For accessing the potential of Cappadocia, we guessed the answers of questions and did puzzles. At Turkish Night, we enjoyed the different kinds of folk dances.

While having a rest in a cafe, we studied for a debate (heritage – sentiments or business, international values or national values). We analysed two pictures of Kayseri (one from today and another one from 100 years ago). We wrote the results and the reasons of the pictures in terms of cultural heritage. After watching a calligrapher in Hunat Bazaar, we ended the day.

We started the day with the traditional Turkish breakfast in an authentic place (Kırgız tent) in Cappadocia. Then, we went to Ihlara Valley. It has wonderful historical and natural beauties. We prepared a poster in order to introduce Ihlara Valley. After the long and tiring trip, we arrived at hotel. We received certificates of attendance and we had dinner all together.
