ZespóÅ‚ SzkóÅ‚ i Placówek OÅ›wiatowych w Skale is an combined high school with students aged 15- 19 in comprehensive and vocational classes. 136 students do comprehensive courses and 115 complete vocational curriculum in ICT and logistics. All of them study English and choose another foreign language among German, Russian and Spanish. In 2010 we successfully implemented innovative program of military education for students who want to work as soldiers, police officers, firefighters or paramedics. Our school has 2 boarding houses with 96 students. Our students vary in the aspect of family situation, economic background, academic capacities and learning motivation. Also, 67 students come from abroad (Ukraine, Moldova). So far they have experienced various geopolitical situations, religious and cultural traditions. The staff in our school consist of 37 teachers and 13 administration and technical workers. - We would like to raise our students’ awareness and understanding of other cultures and develop their sense of European citizenship and identity. We want to promote language learning so that our students would be better prepared for international labour market, and its opportunities. We want to provide them with the experience of collaborating in multicultural group and developing their critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills. -Ewelina Drzewiecka (English) will perform as the coordinator for all project arrangements, also in charge of preparing assigned activities with students and organizing field events; beneficiary of Erasmus Comenius, has experience in organizing international student exchanges and internship. Good interpersonal skills and command of English and Spanish. Geography and another English teachers can substitute her at the position as they both have experience in running international projects.

Joanna Rogozik (ICT) will perform as the coordinator assistant at the level of communication, dissemination and exploitation of project results, evaluation. Beneficiary of Erasmus+ KA1 with experience as coordinator assistant in student exchanges. Another ICT teacher with similar experience can substitute her at the position. Elżbieta Miziak (senior accountant) has experience in running accountability for international grants undertaken by our school. Junior accountant who has also taken part in international grants can substitute her. Agnieszka Opalska (Polish Language and Literature), Paweł Tomczyk ( History, Citizenship), Anna Kuderko (Economic Studies) will prepare assigned activities with students and help to organize field events. -Our school has experience in running international projects which we can contribute to the project. We have student exchange projects with schools from Germany (since 2003) and Israel (2014, 2015, 2017). Our students took part in internships in companies from Germany (2016) and Italy (2017). Our teachers participated in methodological courses in the UK in 2017.
